Supplier Master Data Analyst

As a Supplier Master Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of all suppliers from Infineon European and North America locations including IR and ERP systems. Furthermore, you work on the execution of Master Data creation and maintenance of the suppliers on the respective systems.

In your new role you will:

- **Create and maintain Vendor Master **in the SAP ERP system;
- **Check the quality of Master Data creation and maintenance **for completeness, correctness of names, addresses, banking details, and other relevant fields;
- **Contact **different **business partners **to ensure proper reception of all relevant details for supplier creation and maintenance;
- **Ensure that high-quality processes and services are delivered on time **as specified in Service Level Agreements and in compliance with internal control requirements;
- **Design and support governance processes **as well as **monitor **them **to ensure data integrity **, including checking for duplicate and proper management approvals.
- Support the integration of new team members and provide necessary training.

You demonstrate strong communication skills and know-how to establish lasting relationships and networks with both internal and external partners. Have a positive and flexible working attitude, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times. Furthermore, you have excellent analytical skills, being able to work independently and to structure your own work.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A **degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, **or a similar field of studies **;**:

- **At least 1 year of working experience with Supplier Master Data topics **- preferably in Procurement or Accounting;
- Good understanding of **principles and concepts of Supplier Master Data;**:

- Experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially **Excel **- SAP is an advantage;
- **Fluency in English **- mandatory.
