A **Direção de Gestão de Segmento B2C,** da **EDP Comercial**, que tem como missão liderar o planeamento e a gestão de marketing e vendas de energia e serviços para clientes domésticos (B2C) pretende recrutar para a área de **Product Delivery**.
**Descritivo de Funções**:
- Colaborar na gestão de pipeline de pedidos de configuração de novos produtos e serviços da EDP Comercial no segmento de clientes residenciais;
- Configuração em sistemas SAP utilities de produtos de eletricidade e gás, assim como as suas componentes de desconto, cross sell e parcerias;
- Configuração em sistemas SAP utilities de serviços de energia assim como as suas componentes estruturais, fluxo de implementação, assim como a parametrização de descontos, cross sell e parcerias;
- Quality assurance no lançamento de novos produtos e serviços, assim como campanhas comerciais nos vários sistemas comerciais da EDP Comercial;
- Identificação de improvements, assim como acompanhamento e gestão da sua implementação;
- Executar funções de Agile Analist em ambiente JIRA e Confluence, dominando todas as componentes da metodologia em causa;
- Apoiar as equipas de gestão de produto, fornecendo conhecimentos técnicos da componente de sistemas comerciais, sobretudo no que diz respeito a SAP Product Catalog e SAP ISU;
- Apoio ao desenvolvimento técnico das oportunidades coordenando os projetos de engenharia, colaborando na negociação com fornecedores e dialogando com as equipas técnicas da Gestão Operacional e dos Clientes.
**Que tipo de perfil procuramos?**
- 12º ano de escolaridade ou Licenciatura em Gestão, Economia ou Engenharia;
- Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em funções similares;
- Domínio de ferramentas de SAP Product Catalog e SAP ISU (fator eliminatório)
- Experiência na metodologia Agile como Agile Analist superior a 3 anos (fator eliminatório);
- Experiência de desenvolvimento de projetos de lançamento de novos produtos;
- Experiência no desenvolvimento de projetos de melhoria continua no setor das Utilities;
- Fluência em Português e Inglês.
