**About the job**

The Cash Management Servicing Support Officer mission is to provide efficient and timely support to Relationship Analysts in their daily activity. You will be in charge of a set of administrative tasks related to the daily Cash Management servicing needed of our clients. This administrative support should be provided with a client centric approach and in close partnership with the relevant stakeholders

**Your Main Activities Are**

Support the Cash Management Relationship Analysts with administrative tasks in relation to the client's activity

Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure prompt request delivery

Ensure day-to-day operational efficiency by maintaining and improving queries management

Follow the internal control framework to ensure reliability and traceability of the work done

**Profile and Skills to Success**

High school

Up to 2 years of relevant experience

Advanced level of English, both written and oral

Knowledge in MS Office Pack

Organisational skills

Attention to detail / rigor

Ability to collaborate / teamwork

Resilience

LI-Hybrid
