**Your contribution to something big**:

- Ensure and enforce standards at the level of line managers;
- Ensure quality and productivity by implementing and stabilising standards;
- Coordination of DLR activities (replenishment of standards);
- Ensure shift passage;
- Preparation of a daily report on the status of the shift, for the head of department and section manager;
- Support in the identification of faults in the means of production;
- Support in identifying causes of defects and immediate action;
- Responsibility for System CIP projects;
- Preparation of technical reports, which are intended for analysis by section managers;
- Implementation of alignment/strategy meetings with all line leaders of the shift;
- Responsible for ensuring autonomous maintenance activities on production lines;
- Confirmation of maintenance of production line structures, correcting anomalies that are not in accordance with standards, while proposing improvements to avoid recurrences;
- Confirmation of recurrent proceedings;
- Responsibility for immediate mechanical analysis associated with quality problems;
- Control and validation of theoretical and practical product and process training for all employees;
- Support in the production planning of intermediate processes (bonding, manual assembly,...);
- Active participation in Problem Solving (quality, safety, OEE,...);
- Participation in the definition of new standards;
- Production re-planning in conjunction with logistics;
- Responsibility for the analysis and approval of production batches (ALR)**.**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similiar;
- Good command of English;
- Good communication skills;
- Goal and customer oriented;
- Training, integration of new line managers;
- Priority setting for support teams;
- Manage conflicts;
- Promote motivation, cooperation and team spirit;
- Lead and promote continuous improvement.
