Situé au Campo 24 de Agosto, le site est facilement accessible par tous les transports en commun (une station de métro est juste à côté).

Afin d’attirer les meilleurs talents francophones, nous offrons les conditions suivantes:

- Salaire de 1241€ brut à l’embauche sur 14 mois qui comprend:

- Un salaire de base à 930,00€ brut
- Bonus garanti les 3 premiers mois de 100€ brut
- Un panier repas de 8,32€/jour (net, en carte repas)
- Un remboursement jusqu'à 30€ pour les transports en commun (sous présentation de l’abonnement mensuel)
- Et d’autres avantages:

- Durée de contrat : CDI dont 3 mois de période d'essai
- Un bonus mensuel déplafonné - selon l'atteinte des objectifs de votre équipe (à vous de jouer )
- Assurance maladie et prévoyance dès le 4ème mois de contrat

Votre mission:

- Recevoir les appels entrants des clients Bouygues Telecom
- Accueillir et conseiller les clients de Bouygues Telecom
- Proposer des solutions personnalisées à chaque appel
- Vivre la culture Bouygues Telecom et la partager au quotidien avec vos collègues

Aucune expérience dans la relation client n’est nécessaire. Une formation spécialisée et rémunérée dès le premier jour est fournie à tous les nouveaux collaborateurs qui sont également accompagnés jusqu’à leur autonomie afin de garantir les critères d’exigence qui font de Bouygues Telecom une référence de qualité du service client.

Si vous:

- Maîtrisez la langue française (natif / bilingue)
- Avez de l'aisance avec les outils informatiques
- Avez une excellente capacité de communication et d’argumentation
- Etes proactif, dynamique, assidu et avez le sens des responsabilités
