**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the FP&A Manager, as the Cost Control Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing the leadership team with essential information to make informed decisions. Your responsibilities include:
Budget Management and Cost Approval Workflow
- Act as the gatekeeper for corporate expenses and overhead costs to ensure compliance with policy and budget constraints
- Design and manage the cost approval workflow, collaborating with department heads to make sure we have an effective and fast decision process
- Be the approver of all employees' business expenses and overhead costs to ensure adherence to expense policies and budget
- Regularly review country-specific policies and budget allocations, recommending adjustments to align with business needs

**Analysis & Reporting**:

- Review general ledgers for each country to ensure proper allocation of costs
- Create detailed reports for each cost type to assess progress against the budget and anticipate potential deviations, enabling proactive intervention
- Develop and maintain relevant KPIs
- Collaborate with operations to identify and track cost-saving initiatives

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support finance-related initiatives
- Support FP&A manager in any other project

**We believe you’ll thrive in this role if you/Profile**:

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Possess proficiency in using Google Sheets, including pivot tables, index/match/sumifs/importrange, and a willingness to learn more.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Have effective communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
