Cette société rayonne à l’échelle internationale, leurs produits étant distribués dans plus de 30 pays. L’équipe continue de s’agrandir et la société recherche aujourd’hui un Key Account Manager (H/F) qui portera le projet avec eux.

**Les Missions en tant que Key Account Manager (H/F) **

Je recherche un Key Account Manager (H/F) en CDI, localisé à Lisbonne.

Dans le but de renforcer l’équipe, vous serez responsable du marché français et serez le(la) référent(e) de l’entreprise.

Vos missions, si vous les acceptez:

- Développer et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients clés (grands comptes de la grande distribution) qui rapportent le plus à l'entreprise
- Agir en tant que principal point de contact entre les clients clés et les équipes internes
- Superviser les équipes affectées à chaque client clé
- Communiquer et collaborer avec les services de la publicité, de la conception, du marketing, des ventes et de la logistique pour veiller à ce que les besoins des clients clés soient satisfaits
- Rédiger des comptes-rendus sur l'évolution des comptes, les objectifs et les prévisions à l'intention des équipes chargées des comptes et des parties prenantes
- Développer une compréhension approfondie des besoins et des exigences des clients clés du secteur de la vente au détail et préparer des solutions personnalisées
- Négocier des contrats avec les clients clés et respecter les délais fixés pour la réalisation des objectifs à long terme de chaque client

**Le profil recherché pour ce poste de Key Account Manager (H/F) ?**
- Première expérience dans la gestion de comptes clés (dans les “biens de consommation” sera un avantage)
- Capacité à établir des relations avec les clients clés du secteur de la vente au détail
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs comptes clients
- Solides compétences en matière de négociation
- Compétences exceptionnelles en matière de service à la clientèle
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
