General information:Provide an auxiliary service to the Business, performing a diversity of administrative activities in accordance with internal processes, procedures and policies to meet Business needs, efficiently and effectively.Responsibilities:Order handling and invoicing in SAP ERP; Provides assistance to internal customers and assists in researching, compiling documentation for proposals and public and private contracts bidding. Maintains records/databases/archives/digital platforms in electronic and/or hard copy format.Your background:Professional studies in Administrative or business areas More than 2 years of experience in administrative areas, working as operations support, administrative or logistics with public entities platforms; Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP ERP Strong Knowledge of English A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills
