**The Role**:
The HR Services Process and Governance Expert will be responsible for ensuring effective governance and management of HR processes in a shared services environment. This role is part of HR Services team in Porto and will work closely with other HR stakeholders in different regions to establish and maintain HR operational processes and procedures that support the delivery of high-quality HR services to internal customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain and improve standard operating procedures (DTP) for HRS processes to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of HR services.
- Identify and analyze HR process improvement opportunities and work with stakeholders to implement changes.
- Monitor and report on HR process performance metrics, identify trends, and implement improvement plans.
- Collaborate with HR teams and other stakeholders to ensure HR process compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and implement HRS processes governance framework to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of HR services across the organization.
- Provide training and support to HR teams and other stakeholders on HR Services processes and compliance.
- Work with HR leadership to identify and implement automation opportunities to improve HR Services processes efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in HR project teams as needed to provide HR process governance and compliance expertise.
- Lead internal audits of HR services and processes to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure data quality across HR systems and processes, including data accuracy, completeness and consistency.
- Conduct regular data quality assessments and audits, and work with stakeholders to address identified data quality issues.

**Specific Functional Capabilities, Knowledge and Skills Required**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Services environment, processes and governance.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, and experience in designing and implementing HR process governance frameworks.
- Experience in leading internal audits of HR services and processes.
- Experience in developing and implementing data quality standards, policies, and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HR information systems, and data analytics tools.
- Fluency in English language.
