**Main Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily pre-checks to ensure that properties are ready to receive guests
- Manage key investigations, ensuring that all keys are accounted for and secure
- Schedule and coordinate cleaning tasks and linen orders
- Assist in resolving operational issues as they arise, working closely with the operations team to find solutions
- Engage in daily communications with our ground-level providers.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year in an operational role, ideally within hospitality
- Quick learner, problem solver, with a proactive mindset
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and with mínimal supervision
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work during weekends
