Job DescriptionWe seek a highly detail-oriented Junior Operations Associate to join our UK operations team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth property operations by completing daily pre-checks, managing key inventory, scheduling linen orders, and coordinating cleaning schedules.
Main Responsibilities:- Perform daily pre-checks to guarantee properties are ready for guests.
- Manage key investigations, ensuring all keys are secure and accounted for.
- Schedule and coordinate cleaning tasks and linen orders.
- Assist in resolving operational issues, collaborating with the operations team to find solutions.
- Maintain daily communications with ground providers.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an operational role, preferably in hospitality.
- A quick learner, problem solver, with a proactive mindset.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
