Job Overview

The role of the HR Associate is to provide administrative support within the HR Services team, focusing on European and global processes, tools, and programs. This position requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general administration tasks for all defined processes, tools, and programs on a European and partially global level.
  • Act as a contact person for the HR community and relevant stakeholders regarding HR Services issues.
  • Maintain system-wide consistency through SAP.
  • Handle standard inquiries and support via ticket service or phone (if required).
  • Execute assigned tasks and issues according to defined processes, timetables, and service levels in compliance with tariff and works agreements.
  • Support digitalization efforts within HR Services.
  • Administer procurement, invoicing, and financial processes, including recharging if necessary.
  • Contribute to data preparation and system audits.
  • Provide consistent information to employees on HR Services topics based on process and knowledge database guidelines.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR Services procedures, processes, and systems, and respective documentation.
  • Evaluate adherence to laws and regulations concerning employee master data and organizational data according to defined procedures.

Requirements

  • A good understanding of Business Computing Solutions.
  • Very good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • A team-oriented mindset.
  • Strong customer focus and service-oriented approach.
  • An international mindset, preferably gained from working within a geographically and culturally diverse team.
  • The ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Good knowledge of legal and tariff regulations.

Education and Experience

This position requires:

  • A university degree or commercial education.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in a multinational environment, preferably within HR.
  • A very good command of English and German.
  • Experience with Business Computing Solutions and SAP HR.
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office applications.

Benefits
