A MKTalent está a recrutar para um cliente sediado em Lisboa, um SEO & Content Specialist.
**Principais Responsabilidades**:
Conceção e planeamento da estratégia de SEO;
Definição da direção do projeto de SEO a curto, médio e longo prazo;
Desenvolvimento da estratégia de conteúdo;
Definição e monitorização dos OKR do departamento;
Acompanhamento das conversões e vendas com a equipa de vendas;
Definição das diretrizes de qualidade e boas práticas SEO;
Seguimento e análise de tráfego, posicionamento e conversão CRO e diversificação das fontes de captação;
Realização da gestão de 1:1s, períodos de prova, formações e avaliações anuais da equipa de SEO;
Participação nos processos de seleção e dimensionamento da equipa e no desenvolvimento do
plano de carreira do departamento;
Realização das estratégias de ligação com a equipa de SEO off-page e SEO manager.
O que procuramos?
Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência como Especialista em SEO;
Conhecimentos avançados de SEO;
Conhecimentos avançados de ferramentas de análise (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog) e plataformas de SEO (Ahrefs, SEMrush);
Experiência em auditorias de SEO e Conteúdo;
Experiência em SEO Técnico - Sitemaps, Indexação, Códigos de Resposta, robots.txt, arquitectura web,
canonicals, Core Web Vitals, entre outras;
Conhecimento em dados Estruturados (microdados e JSON), Internal Linking e Links Externos (linkbuilding);
Fluente em inglês e espanhol - escrito e oral;
Perfil com carisma e experiência de liderança.
