CAMPAIGN, STRATEGY AND SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM MANAGER (JOB NUMBER: 2304CE14659)

**About the job**
- You will be responsible for reporting to and supporting the CBI Head of Strategic Marketing & Communication (SMC)
- The Campaign Management, Social Media and Strategic Planning Team Manager is heading one of the pillars of SMC. They are a strategic partner to Communication Teams in order to efficiently diffuse and connect the BNPP CIB content both internally & externally
- You will also be responsible to help assert BNPP’s leading position and brand image in strategic topics

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Campaign Management
- Shape and direct the Internal and External Campaign Management strategy across BNP Paribas CIB
- Adapt the BNP Paribas CIB editorial line in collaboration with Marketing and Communication as well as business/region/function teams depending on the internal and external communication channels
- Supervise Global Banking Campaign management activities in collaboration with Global Banking Marketing Team
- Strategic Planning
- Implement and harmonise the strategic planning to insure alignment with editorial policy, in collaboration with content team, businesses, regions and functions
- Social Media
- Create and deploy the social media strategy and social media campaigns
- Supervise the ambassador and spokespeople activities within CIB EMEA
- Advise and coach top management on how social media is fundamental to supporting the Bank’s business and communications priorities
- Run competitive analysis and study existing social media strategies to add strategic value to BNPP CIB projects
- Communication
- Contribute to the definition of CIB Marketing and Communication strategy
- Protect the Bank’s reputation at both internal and external level by monitoring online presence and activity
- Support BNP Paribas CIB crisis communications capability for internal and external audiences
- Advise, coordinate, plan, execute and monitor BNP Paribas SEO strategy in order to establish the Bank in pole position on strategic topics
- Management
- Lead, coach and develop the Campaign Management and Strategic Planning team members
- Embrace continuous improvement mindset by setting up action plans to enhance the team’s efficiency, consistency and streamline the process
- Client & Partners
- Be a strategic partner to internal clients ensuring close alignment and integration with other local teams (Design, Events, Client Insights, Portugal Communications & CSR, HR among others)
- In coordination with CIB SMC & Group Communication, participate in the definition and contribute to the deployment of the local social media strategy
- Share best practices with peers from other platforms and capitalise on them

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Master’s Degree in Marketing and Communications
- At least, 7 years of experience in Marketing and Communications
- Fluency in English is mandatory, both oral and written
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Results Driven mindset
- Creative and guided towards innovation
- Ability to develop and adapt processes
- Ability to develop others and improve their skills
