**Location: Oieras ( Hybrid )**

**Start date: 9th of January 2023**

**You will be a perfect fit if you have**:

- Fluent level of English ( speaking and writing ).
- Fluent level in Italian ( speaking and writing ). - Minimum of C1 level
- Customer Service experience ( in Call Canters preferably) or B2B support experience.
- “People-first” attitude.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Which are my tasks in this role?**
- Help the customer and work upsell during the exchange and order process.
- Record specific details of customers and partners’ contacts and ensure actions are taken on each and every case.
- Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
- Work successfully with the team to deliver and exceed KPIs for quality and to support brand development.
