Thales Business Support Services (TBSS) acts as a Shared Service Center for Thales Group by serving a number of countries for various key tasks associated to finance and accounting processes. This business support services center of excellence drives innovation within our internal business processes, cutting through complexity and supporting our external leadership in digitalization.

**Primary Purpose of the Role & Key Responsibilities and Tasks**:
- Lead and support daily the procurement team leader and the Master data management Team Leader ensuring that the 2 areas that are the starting point of the P2P stream interact together and alongside with the other sub streams like accounts payable processing and accounts payable payments
- Support the Procurement Team leader in order to ensure that the tactical buyer team deliver timely, quality and value add purchasing services
- Measure and follow up the procurement KPI defined for the tactical buyer
- Oversee and manage a quality purchasing service to the Business

**Experience**:
- Experience with a senior Procurement opertaions role in a complex matrix organisation with multiple customers
- Strong financial governance, reporting & technical accounting background
- Strong MS Excel skills & use of IT tools
- Evidence of having identified changes & improvements to processes and / or tasks and seen those through to implementation
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate / Master in Management
- Fluent in English
