Estamos à procura de alguém com experiência na gestão de e-Commerce, com visão global dos processos envolvidos no comercio eletrónico e experiência em liderança de equipas.

O que irás fazer no dia-a-dia:

- Planear, implementar, supervisionar e atualizar o plano de negócios
- Atrair novos clientes e fidelizar os existentes, tanto online como offline
- Contratar e supervisionar fornecedores
- Negociar com parceiros
- Gerir equipas
- Controlar o orçamento e a rentabilidade das vendas mensalmente
- Definir a estratégia e objetivos do canal de e-Commerce, tanto online como offline
- Definir promoções, escolher produtos, preços e definir a comunicação
- Definir, avaliar e controlar os objetivos do canal (qualidade de serviço ao cliente, objetivos de vendas e marketing, execução de promoções, etc.)

Experiência / Formação:

- Formação em gestão comercial, marketing digital ou similar
- Pelo menos 3 anos de experiência em posição similar, gerindo um portal de e-Commerce com alto volume de faturação e transações
- Experiência na elaboração de planos negócio, orçamentos e estratégias, assim como gestão de contas de exploração
- Experiência em gerir equipas multidisciplinares

**Competências**:

- Ser uma pessoa estratégica, criativa, autónoma, proativa, analítica, com boa capacidade de liderança e trabalho em equipo, boas habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento

Idiomas:

- É imprescindível nível de português e inglês alto, e será valorizado positivamente o conhecimento de outros idiomas

Requisitos de residência:

- Preferível residência na zona de Sintra (Portugal)
