We aim to deliver an extraordinary customer/user experience and strong financial and operating performance to Nokia shareholders. To reach this ambition, we are transforming into a modern, product-oriented technology organization that executes with urgency, precision, and an extreme customer service focus.

You will be part of the Business Operations Unit within Digital Office which is responsible to provide Business Support, Management and Governance across Digital Office. This team is also the interface into Nokia corporate organizations, helping to ensure the agenda and goals of the Digital Office are fully enabled.

You will be part of the PMPT team who is responsible for owning, updating and maintaining the E2E Processes, Tools and PM Practices in alignment with the DO Units.

**What you will learn and contribute to**

As part of the team, you will:

- Manage support of various groups in Digital Office, including primarily **Project Managers** and **Program Manager Officers** inside Digital Office delivery units (PMO and PM Communities).
- Define and monitor the **set** of **operational performance **project **KPIs** (with defined targets) to measure DO Projects overall delivery effectiveness and manage the monthly governance with DO units.
- **Drive adoption** of ITPM processes, methodologies, practices, governance, and tools. Support the **ITPM tool migration to ServiceNOW**, **change management project**.
- **Support** the **SNOW product** owner and the **Process Owner**. Serve as **SNOW product ambassador** internally and externally, sharing knowledge.
- Manage and support the evolution of **Project Management **to **Service Management**.
- Acts as a **coach/mentor** for PM and PMO in broad functional/process areas to solve complex and diverse issues.

**Your skills and experience**

You have:

- Five or more years of experience in IT and Project Management Office coordination.
- **ServiceNOW Platform user experience** and product knowledge.
- BSc. Computer Science, Engineering, or similar from an accredited college/university is preferred.
- Functional experience in Project/Program Management, Project Management Office and IT Product management.
- Experience in Change Management and Transformation Programs.
- Strong understanding of IT Management methods, tools, principles, and PMM methodology.
- Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders.
- Sharp analytical, problem solving and critical reasoning skills.
- Excellent communication skills, seamlessly able to co-operate at various levels and ability to synthesize and articulate solutions to complex decisions and problems.
- Ability to inspire confidence and trust in others and drive decision-making in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple tasks, and follow directions for priorities in a fast-paced environment.
