**What you'll do**:

- You will support all the expedition process of our products, from the manufacturer to the final customers ensuring our service is the best-in-class in the market.
- You will support day-to-day tasks and routines to make sure operations run smoothly.
- You will work across functions with other teams and define process improvements to ensure that operations run smoothly.
- You will be part of the European Retail Operations team.
- You will be the contact person for several internal and external stakeholders.
- You will monitor and improve our retail operations & service performance for respective accounts.
- You will identify operational weaknesses and develop optimization proposals along with other Global teams.

**Who we're looking for**:

- You have good communication skills in English.
- You like to think and act rationally and effectively.
- You are structure and organized.
- You get things done.
- You have a very good command of Excel.
- You are motivated and eager to learn.
- You are fluent and/or native in English & French (A must)
