**What you'll do**:

- Act as the main point of contact between our company and the backoffice team, conducting daily check-ins and ensuring smooth communication.
- Support the onboarding process for new team members and help integrate new tasks for the backoffice team.
- Monitor and analyse KPIs, including time per ticket, number of tickets, and cost per ticket, ensuring targets are met and processes are optimized.
- Lead the way in driving process improvements, taking ownership of initiatives to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with multiple teams such as Order Management, Sales, Account Managers, and Logistics, gaining valuable insights into our B2B operations.
- Be the go-to person for updating Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring alignment across teams.

**Who we're looking for**:

- You are available to start in the next two months
- You have good communication skills in English.
- Data analysis skills - you love working with numbers and finding ways to improve them.
- Process-driven mindset with a passion for optimizing workflows and driving efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills - you’ll be working with teams across the globe
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
