Webasto Portugal Lda. is a business service center for the Webasto Group. These exciting tasks are waiting for you here:
**Responsibilities**
- Manage incoming invoices
- Ensure correct processing of invoices, credit and debit notes incl. posting and check of legal requirements, especially VAT
- Analyze price/ quantity differences for received goods and services and follow up with other functions
- Develop process documentation
- Liaise with colleagues in other plants and teams to solve issues with invoices

**Requirements**:

- ERP System experience - SAP FI, and experience in the use of MS Office tools
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Attention to detail
- Professional experience in accounting and shared service environment is a plus
- Academic background in accounting or management is a plus
- Communication skills and cooperative mindset, high level of accountability and accuracy, as well as an enthusiastic, positive attitude to support a constructive working environment
