We're seeking a passionate and experienced Creative Content with a focus on short-form video. This role requires an understanding of brand consistency, up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, and the ability to develop engaging content across different platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. The role also involves creating visually consistent brand materials.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop engaging short-form videos optimized for engagement and formatted for all platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Stay on top of social media trends to continually optimize content, grow audience, and increase engagement.
- Manage photography and videography, including video editing, graphic design, and motion graphic editing.
- Create content and customer communications that promote discovery, generate excitement, and stimulate audience growth.
- Research and identify current video trends across various platforms to inform creative marketing strategies.
- Develop unique video concepts that align with our e-commerce products and brand values.
- Work in partnership with the marketing team to develop and execute a content calendar that supports short and long-term marketing goals.
- Contribute to new collaborations, social campaigns, brand activations, event ideas, etc.
- Maintain brand visual consistency in all materials.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in content creation, particularly short-form video.
- Knowledge of new technologies like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar.
- In-depth understanding of current social media trends and platforms.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
