**Description de la mission**:
As part of the Retail business unit, you will join the 9-strong Customer Support team and work with our customers who use the **YourCegidRetail** solution.
Your main mission will be to assist and troubleshoot our customers on the system environment and the use of our management software solutions for our **French** and **international** Retail customers.
As a Customer Support Technician, you will:
- Take charge of the customer's request, provide a response and, depending on the case, either provide a solution or transfer it,
- Handle customer requests in compliance with the service contract, whatever the channel (incoming call, portal, chat),
- Follow up customer requests in accordance with the instructions given,
- Alerting recurring calls and informing the hierarchy in the event of difficulties, disputes or anomalies,
- Draft FAQs (frequently asked questions),
- Report your activity using the tools at your disposal.
**Profil**:
- You have a degree in IT or you have skills in this field (Windows environment),
- You're keen to understand our customers' needs and provide a functional and technical response.
- Customer service is at the heart of your values,
- You are a rigorous person with good interpersonal and writing skills, as well as a good ability to summarise,
- You have a good command of English or Italian, enabling you to provide information to international customers by telephone.
