Our goal is to accelerate digital technologies for our global customers, focusing on the development of new mission critical products, e-solutions and new digital services in accordance with the strategy of Kuehne+Nagel. To make this happen we also need a strong HR team that connect, great People, Techology and Logistics. This Team is growing and is looking for a experienced HR Business Partner. - ** Your Role **:As HR Business Partner, you will work as HR point of contact for Kuehne+Nagel Porto Tech Hub. You will work closely with senior leaders, managers and employees to implement Core HR processes and initiatives and providing guidance and support to offer a consistent and great employee experience.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- Provide high quality HR support and advice to employees and managers whilst ensuring compliance with global company policies and local legislation;
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR Roadmap;
- Support/ensure the execution of all Core HR Processes in the area of responsibility;
- Actively contribute to the definition and execution of employee, attraction, engagement, development and retention strategies;
- Work with country, cluster, regional and corporate HR team to ensure that all HR Information systems are fully utilized and maintained, and Core HR processes/initiatives are completed on time;
- Actively support the preparation and implementation of organisational changes;
- Be an ambassador in contact with employees, managers, and external entities, promoting and developing the Kuehne+Nagel culture.

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- At least 4 years of experience in an HR Business Partner / HR Specialist role;
- A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a similar field of studies;
- Solid knowledge of Portuguese Labor Law;
- Multidisciplinary HR experience within an international organization;
- A proactive and strategic mindset, a sense of urgency, and the ability to manage complex situations;
- Ability to listen and establish trustful and cooperative relationships;
- Proactive, effective, and targeted communication abilities;
- Good knowledge about IT sector in Portugal;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
