Senior IT Governance Specialist | Fiancial Services Company | Final Client

One of the largest financial services group in the Nordic region and one of the biggest banks in Europe.

There are four Business Areas at this company, Business Banking, Personal Banking, Large Corporate & Institutions, and Asset & Wealth Management.

Your new role

Supporting the organisation to comply with regulatory requirements and legislation, through operational implementation of the IT governance framework, assessment and assurance activities related to policies and standards for IT security and IT governance.

Continuously develop and maintain the IT governance framework and operating model to ensure it is resilient and compliant with regulatory requirements;
Assist and advise the organization stakeholders on IT governance matters, such as practical implementation of IT governance policies and standards;
Act as ambassador and promote efficient, accurate and compliant IT operations and IT management;
Act as coordinator, supervise or facilitate larger IT governance initiatives across the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, related field or experience;
Familiar with operational implementation of international information security standards, such as ISO 27001, COBIT or NIST;
International standards knowledge and best practice frameworks within IT governance, such as ISO 35800 or similar and operational implementation of these;
IT framework and modern IT service management interest;
Solid communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to collaborate effectively and with multiple organisational stakeholders and partners in communicating and translating complex IT governance matters;
Have solid analytical skills and a structured and methodical approach to tasks;
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
