Customer Support with Polish

Our client is an outsourcing company that is recognized as a market leader in customer service-related services. They collaborate with giants such as Google Ads, Western Union, TikTok, and Facebook, providing exemplary assistance on a daily basis to address the problems encountered by customers.

**Your responsibilities include**:

- Handling incoming calls or messages from customers seeking information or needing support in resolving various types of problems (first line of contact with the customer).
- Effectively identifying needs and matching appropriate solutions for company customers.
- Escalating complicated problems to other departments within the company for efficient resolution.

**Employer requirements**:

- Fluent in Polish (at least C1 level).
- Proficiency in English at a communicative level (at least B2 level).
- Reside in Lisbon or be willing to relocate.
- Strongly developed communication skills in both speech and writing.

**Offer**:

- 1295€ gross without accommodation.
- 1040€ gross with accommodation (private room in a shared apartment)
- Private health insurance (in addition to standard insurance).
- ** Relocation package**: Airport pickup and administrative assistance with registration in Portugal, flight cost reimbursement after 6 or 9 months of successful integration, free accommodation in one of the company's apartments in Lisbon.
