This open position is one of the most exciting ones we have Our Lisbon site, which was opened just a year ago, is growing and it’s time to have a professional **Office Manager & HR Generalist** **to help us maintain the amazing culture we’ve built here**. As an Office Manager & HR Generalist you will work closely with the country manager to take care of people and optimize the work environment for the team’s needs. **The opportunity**
- Create and maintain a great, organized, and pleasant work environment.
- Responsible for all office logistics (supplies, maintenance, etc) and appearance.
- Point of contact for office vendors and service providers.
- Take full ownership of welfare activities such as happy-hours, holiday & birthday gifts, events etc.
- Help organize local and international business trips, including flights, accommodation and activities.
- Take part in recruitment of new employees: work with local recruitment agencies, CV screening, sourcing and general facilitation of the hiring process.
- Build strong relationships and act as HR's point of contact to support employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Work closely with managers and the HR team to increase productivity and retention.
- Implement HR policies and strategies that optimize growth.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives
- Administrate the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Promote our employer branding through social media platforms.
The position is located in our lovely office in Lisbon. We operate in a hybrid mode of 3 times at the office.
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of proven work experience as an Office Manager or a similar operational role
- At least 2 years' experience in HR and recruitment within a tech-organization
- Organized, with attention to details
- Able to work in a start-up environment: do what it takes and be agile
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with various stakeholders
- Multi-tasker as an understatement
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with colleagues
- ** Fluent in English, both verbal and writing skills**
