Office manager position:
In Person Position:
- Preferred experience in construction/fit-out companies.
- Ability to support the company in its initial stage.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the CEO in day-to-day operations.
- Manage office operations efficiently.
- Liaise with the accountant for financial matters.
- Organize daily responsibilities and tasks.
- Ensure compliance with various entities and labor department regulations.
- Handle employee matters effectively and confidentially.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an office manager or similar role.
- Familiarity with construction industry practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Office manager: 1 year (preferred)
- English Advance or Fluent
**Reporting Line**:
This position reports directly to the CEO

Pagamento: 950,00€ - 1 300,00€ por mês

- Turno de 8 horas
