**Responsibilities**:
- Streamline and optimize HR processes, ensuring efficient workflows.
- Oversee the onboarding process and integration program for new employees.
- Serve as the point of contact for all employees regarding personnel management, employment issues, and HR administration.
- Advise the Director and the CEO on legal requirements in Portugal related to designing HR policies and terms of employment.
- Take responsibility for global training and support performance management, leadership review, and mentorship programs.
- Drive people programs for business impact, including onboarding, offboarding, development and training programs, compensation and benefits, and employee experience.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends to recommend proactive solutions for improving performance, retention, and employee experience.
- Develop and drive the business unit's global workforce plan and human capital strategies by acquiring in-depth knowledge of the business.
- Coach and empower leaders and managers to enhance their people-related responsibilities.
- Own and analyze HR KPIs, monitoring and implementing improvement action plans.
- Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics, resolving administrative issues related to leaves or compensation.
- Implement relevant HR processes, such as performance appraisals, occupational health, attendance management, and administrative support.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to support daily operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 plus years of experience in the industry.
- Proven experience as an Office Manager and HR Manager.
- Strong understanding of Portuguese labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
