**What you will do**:

- You will take our customer journey to the next level.
- You will need to be closely aligned with all internal teams and more to understand where you will have the most impact and identify the best opportunities.
- You will lead projects to continuously develop new/further project and process.
- You will identify the operational weaknesses and elaborate optimization proposals.
- You will monitor KPIs, improve and challenge them.
- You will need to challenge all our partners and colleagues.
- You will be empowered by data to drives results.
- You will stay focus on the end customer (Clients - B2B Partners - Retailers).
- Your creativity and ambition won't be limited.

**Who we are looking for**:

- You are graduated of a Bachelor/Master and you already got experience in those fields and ideally in start-ups.
- You are autonomous to drive project to the end, identifying the right stakeholders.
- You are at ease with data, excel and the office tools. Tableau/SQL is a plus.
- You are fluent in English (and any other languages would be a bonus).
- You are highly structured, with strong organizational talent.
- You are good at identifying problem and even better at solving them.
- You want to be challenged and to challenge others.
- You are open-minded and curious.
- Ideally, you can spot any sort of opportunities and turn them into companywide projects.
