**Position Overview**:
**We are a UK company with offices in the Algarve and Marbella.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor solutions that meet their revenue and marketing requirements.
- Execute effective sales strategies to expand the customer base, and meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities within the market, including identifying potential new markets and niches.
- Articulate technical features and benefits to both technical and non-technical clients.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client pain points and business requirements.
- Propose tailored media and advertising IT solutions that align with the client's needs and offer value.
- Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close deals effectively while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Provide insights and feedback to the management team for product and service improvements.
- Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and collateral materials.
- Effectively communicate technical information to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Availability to work business hours full-time remotely OR from our London office OR Vilamoura Office in Portugal
- 3-5 years experience selling corporate sales contracts
- Ideally a background in media, marketing or advertising sales.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively present technical information to a diverse audience.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Experience using CRM software and sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Pay: 30,000.00€ - 35,000.00€ per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Faro, Distrito de Faro: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
