We are excited to announce that **Care Casters** is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Nurses to work in the East of the Netherlands.
The Netherlands is among the top-performing countries when it comes to healthcare. The country is also a great place to live with quality. The Nurses selected for this project will be placed in the East area of the Netherlands, in smaller cities and, therefore, with a lower cost of living. The country is small and has a great transport system. You can easily move to any location in the country and also visit Germany due to proximity to the border. **What can you expect from us?**

**On Offer**:

- Free Dutch training (A1-B1) for approximately 5 months / Books included:

- 12 weeks in on-line training + you'll receive a 1500€ scholarship (500x3)
- 5 weeks in on-site training in Portugal + Free accommodation + Free meals
- Free Language exam
- Big Register costs.

**After successfully completing the dutch training, you will work start working in the Netherlands**
**Offer**:
In the first year you will work under the supervision of Senior colleague who will help you adapting to your tasks and to the health system
- 36 or 32 hour working per week;
- Salary 36h: 1850€ net + Irregularity bónus;
- At the end of the year you will receive and extra salary ;
- Free housing for 1 year with bills included (electricity, gas, water and internet)
- Free transportation to and from work for 1 year;
- Work on holidays or Sundays 60% bonus in the hourly rate;
- In May, you receive 8,33% more of your annual salary (almost equivalent to an
extra salary) for holidays allowance;
- 25 vacation days per year + 7 special days.

**After the first year you will start working as an independent nurse**:

- 36 or 32 hour working per week;
- Salary 36h: 2940 gross / 2160 € net + Irregularity bónus;
- At the end of the year you will receive and extra salary ;
- Free housing for 1 year with bills included (electricity, gas, water and internet)
- Free transportation to and from work for 1 year;
- Work on holidays or Sundays a 60% hourly bonus;
- In May, you receive 8,33% more of your annual salary (almost equivalent to an
extra salary) for holidays allowance;
- 25 vacation days per year + 7 special days.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Nursing recognized in Europe;
- EU Citizenship;
- You are eager to learn, enthusiastic and open to feedback.
- You can adapt your communication to specific situations.
- Medium / Good level of English;
- Availability to start the language training.
