Your new role

HAYS Technology is helping a retail company in the recruitment of a Tech Lead position.

**Responsibilities**:
Working for the Customer Experience team, you will be involved in all processes regarding the e-commerce platform, order fulfillment and store operations as well as the integrations between the various systems involved.

Working closely with the Product Management team and with our various business stakeholders, you’ll help in prioritizing the backlog and helping define the roadmap for the various products on our ecosystem.

You will also be required to be a driver for innovating and refining our software architecture, while also ensuring the best practices are used by the development team.

For this we are looking for someone with a deep technical understanding but also the sensitivity for correctly analyzing business priorities, managing risk while helping ensure the teams delivers high quality software.

What you will need to succeed

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Manager, Tech Lead or similar

Salesforce ecosystem and AZURE experience is a plus

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field or anequivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge in the area of fashion, retail, Order Management Systems,ecommerce or omnichannel processes will be valued

Strong attention to detail and passion for quality

Ability to work independently, with remote teams and with mínimal supervision,in a fast-paced environment
