Vos tâches:
- Gestion, soutien, organisation et développement ultérieur de l'équipe assignée
- Gestion d'environ 10 à 20 employés
- Suivi constant des performances de l'équipe et de la réalisation des objectifs annuels
- Coaching / feedback régulier des membres individuels de l'équipe (formation à la motivation) et garantie du savoir-faire des processus des employés
- Discussions sur la performance et les objectifs avec chaque employé
- Garantir des normes de qualité et de quantité au sein de l'équipe
- Absence et contrôle des vacances de l'équipe
- Coordination des demandes des clients dans les départements internes respectifs et responsabilité des mesures d'amélioration des services et des processus
- Optimisation des processus existants
Vos qualifications:
- Formation commerciale spécialisée ou équivalente
- Au moins 2 ans d'expérience en gestion d’équipe et en centre d'appel
- Langues : Français/ Anglais ou Italien/Anglais
- Une forte mentalité de service et une orientation client
- Excellente connaissance de PC-/MS-Office
- Grande motivation
- Détermination
- Initiative et mise en œuvre solide
- Enthousiasme et positivisme
