**What does your day-to-day in this role look like**:

- Winning back corporate customers (B2B) in the event of a possible termination of the cooperation;
- Inbound conversations with customers who want to end their relationship;
- Offering alternative solutions and optimizations to prevent termination;
- Proactively contacting possible cases of termination (e.g. in the case of soon to expire

Subscriptions);

**What do you need to be successful at this job?**
- Language Maestro: Fluent in German, good English
- Tech Savvy: Curious about the latest tech
- Customer Charmer**:1 year Technical Support experience B2B**:
