**What you'll do**:

- You will define success criteria and measurement plans for optimization efforts and perform in-depth analysis to understand user journey.
- You will conduct both quantitative analysis and qualitative research to identify user pain points and optimization opportunities.
- You will communicate user insights and provide recommendations to achieve business goals and enhance user experience.
- You will plan and manage A/B tests and personalization campaigns from ideation to execution.
- You will collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas, align priorities and share key learnings to further improve the user journey.
- You will become the customer's advocate for the digital experience and ensure the best user journey is in place.

**What you'll bring to us**:

- Keen understanding of optimization principles and research methods (both qualitative and quantitative).
- Hands-on experience using web analytics tools (ex. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with optimization and testing tools (ex. VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize, etc.)
- Experience with research tools is preferred (ex. Hotjar, ContentSquare, FullStory, UserTesting, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data insights into action plans.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate technical details as well as strategic concepts effectively to various stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively with different people in engineering, marketing, and creative fields and to prioritize multiple requirements.
