**About the job**
- As a business continuity and crisis management team leader, your mission is to update and manage the business continuity plan (BCP) for France.

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Responsible for managing the relationship with our internal and external service providers (ESP), as well as the communication and support with the BCP correspondents (awareness of their roles)
- Be a part of the CCI France (quarterly) and of the Global BCP, which gathers the coordination of the local business continuity managers
- Maintain the Crisis Management Playbook and the crisis management card
- Perform Due Diligences on the BCP perimeter (in English and French) and present the BCP to the newcomers
- Produce and write deliverables regarding regulatory activities
- Organize and participate in the setup of local and global team events:
- users exercises on the back-up sites- crisis management exercises- extreme risk scenario (ERS) campaigns and exercises- internal and external service providers (ESP) campaigns- global BCM international calls (biannual)- BCP correspondents’ awareness training exercises, such as «Touché pas Coulé»**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology
- At least 3 years experience in Information Technology
- English and French fluent (mandatory)
- Knowledge of what business continuity and crisis management is about and its importance
- Microsoft Office expertise (Word; Excel; PowerPoint)
- Creative and communicative
- Critical thinking, problem solving and analytical
- Risk analysis
- Ability to give a risk opinion and make decisions
- Ability to establish and activate networks
- Project management skills
- Ability to understand, explain and drive change
- Ability to lead a meeting, seminar, committee or training,
- Ability to share knowledge

**About the Team**
- This is a wide position that will allow you to work alongside with different businesses within Securities Services France, as well as with worldwide BP2S locations
- Your work matters The situation in the last years has allowed us to put in practice the work we develop and to test in live the awareness we provide to the collaborators
- You will be located in Lisbon, functionally within the COO department in Portugal and the Business Continuity Management team, and hierarchically within the Global Business Continuity & Crisis Management team
- Your day-to-day job is 100% for the Global Business Continuity & Crisis Management team
- You will work with a team of 6 people based in Paris and manage 1 person based in Lisbon, with different but complementary profiles and you will have as a common goal the update and management of the business continuity plan
