**IS Product Owner Consumer Portal**:

The IS Product Owner Consumer Portal’s mission is to ensure a comprehen#sive consumer experience where it is a ‘pleasure to do business with IS Service when using the Consumer Portal. The role will deliver on the key objectives of the product; making it easy to do business with MyServices Portal, reducing consumer effort score, and providing premium user experience to get the consumer back to business quickly. The role will maximize the value of the product, by managing and expressing business expectations, listening to consumer feed#back and optimizing and managing the product backlog. This role is the primary point of contact on the customer's behalf and recognizes the requirements of the product, translates them to a product roadmap where content, development and adoption activities can be delivered in in#cremental fashion to our consumers. The role holds the product vision and actively promotes and motivates the wider delivery teams into buying into that vision.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Program Plan and Build - The product owner owns the product vision and synthesizes and communi-cates the product strategy. They manage and communicate the product vision and road-map to senior stakeholders, product/platform owners, IS Service Owners and early adopters community. Involves target consumers (personas) through Early adoption and UX research to identify the solution needs. Leads design thinking workshops with key stakeholders to move from consumer and business needs - to requirements road map Activly communicates the upcoming features iterations to early adopters community Collaborates with CEN Success Manager to deep dive on data, VOC, Incidents, Usage to identify the key success factors Proactively collaborates with key Business and IS Stakeholders to build a continuous improvement environment and to support an ongoing program of change to improve con-sumer-oriented services, processes and products as prioritized based on business needs.
- Program Execution - Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap Manages and prioritizes back-log Responds to consumer feedback and UX recommendations to define the deliver user sto ries, and acceptance criteria Set sprint goals Keeps all the team informed on delivery roadmap and sprint plan-ning Plan releases and up grades Analyze preferences and requests of end users Refine agile method-ology based on results and feedback Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints Keep track of industry trends Keeps all the team informed on delivery roadmap and sprint planning Is responsible or the delivery/output Clearly defines and communicates ways of working, guiding principles and roles and responsibilities Acts effectivly and empathically to issues within the team cohesion or delivery.
- Strategy - Stays informed about any change in IS and Business strategy, and is consulted regarding Stays in line with the current IS strategy of making it a pleasure doing business with IS. Ensures that all stakeholders adhere to the strategic processes and standards within budget and timetable. Develops and communicates status updates along with strategic changes. Contributes to the improvement of policies, standards and processes.
- Stakeholder Management - Serves as the key contact for the product stakeholders. Acts as a center-point for further product improvements based on the incoming demand. Calls on SMEs (Adoption, UX, Content, Tech) to support in stakholder management and showcasing the skills and people in the team. Effectively communicates appropriate information to stakeholders promptly to achieve desired understanding and support, while managing expectations and relationships and making sure the stakeholders are satified with the program outcomes.
- Standards, Governance and IS Compliance - Ensures product evolution follows sound methodology and execution practices in accord ance with standard ABB internal directives and procedures. Executes, for assigned tasks, all actions in IS processes according to agreed RACI specifica tion. Adherence to Cor-porate IS Policies and Procedures, as well as to both internal regulations and external legislation falls within the area of responsibility of this job.
