**RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS**
- Deep knowledge of Visa process.
- Considerable knowledge of relevant Immigration rules of various countries.
- The Visa Specialist is responsible for assisting individuals who would internationally relocate. Their main role is to ensure the client avoids any legal issues that may occur in relation to their relocation by assisting them to obtain visas and other related immigration documentation.
- Collaborate with SBMér to determine visa requirements and provide guidance on necessary documentation.
- Stay up to date on changes in visa regulations and policies to provide accurate and timely information to SBMérs.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of SBMérs Visa information. Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
**_Specific skills / expertise / product: _**
- Understand requirement and analyze the most appropriate category of visa and the process attached to the specific category of visa.
- The Visa specialist must prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.
- You must maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
- ability to communicate to diagnostic and make recommendations.
- You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related to Visa and Immigration Consultancy.
- The Visa specialist must be able to work to tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a high level of customer service.
- The Visa specialist must have strong communication and negotiation skills as the job is centred on communication with the client, colleagues, and authorities.
- The Visa specialist must be motivated, energetic and able to work as a part of a team.
