RESPONSIBILITIES
& MAIN TASKS Deep knowledge of Visa process. Considerable knowledge of relevant Immigration rules of various countries. The Visa Specialist is responsible for assisting individuals who would internationally relocate. Their main role is to ensure the client avoids any legal issues that may occur in relation to their relocation by assisting them to obtain visas and other related immigration documentation. Collaborate with SBMér to determine visa requirements and provide guidance on necessary documentation. Prepare necessary guidelines on Various Categories of work permits pre and post processing, Visa applications, residence permit, Dependents Permits. The Visa specialist is responsible for providing the client with advice and guidance on how best to obtain required documentation to migrate internationally and how to complete this process smoothly. The Visa specialist must work within strict timelines and communicate with authorities and the client consistently via email or telephone. Clients must be treated individually, and the process tailored to suit them. Monitor visa applications on behalf of SBMérs, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Monitor the progress of visa applications and follow up with relevant authorities or agencies, service providers as needed. Stay up to date on changes in visa regulations and policies to provide accurate and timely information to SBMérs. Assist SBMérs in resolving any issues or challenges related to the visa application process. Maintain accurate and organized records of SBMérs Visa information. Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.JOB REQUIREMENTS
Specific skills / expertise / product:
Understand requirement and analyze the most appropriate category of visa and the process attached to the specific category of visa. The Visa specialist must prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities. You must maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues. ability to communicate to diagnostic and make recommendations. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related to Visa and Immigration Consultancy. The Visa specialist must be able to work to tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a high level of customer service. The Visa specialist must have strong communication and negotiation skills as the job is centred on communication with the client, colleagues, and authorities. The Visa specialist must be motivated, energetic and able to work as a part of a team. Ability of Written and Spoken English.
