Job description
keİKen Consulting is a Human Resources and Management Consulting company. It provides support to its customers from different sectors in their HR processes based on technology and psychology elements. keİKen approaches every project with the perspective of ‘What can we do differently?’
We are looking for an Human Resources Intern (Project Based) and excited to meet teammates with the same perspective.
- Support our team and customers during execution phase of the “Experience The Future”,
- Assist with recruitment activities and coordination,
- Maintain our internal databases,
- Help to find new customers,
- Building sales & marketing presentations and kit,
- Summarizing information for recommendation needs,
- Help to develop content for our internal platforms,
- Other reasonably required duties.
Must Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master Student with strong interest in HR,
- Internship experience in HR field,
- Fluent English - oral and written,
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint),
- Pro-active, energetic and able to work in a highly dynamic & international environment,
- Good communication and customer engagement capabilities (internal and external customers),
- Problem-solving & project management.
