The **B2B Operations Department **whose mission is to manage the B2B commercial operations on the Client Solutions Platform, identifying, controlling and mitigating operational risk and implementing transformation initiatives with the aim of optimizing costs and providing processes and tools with added value for commercial activity, boosting sales, is recruiting a **Process Analyst.**
- Support the definition and implementation of action plans and specific initiatives to optimize B2B Customer invoicing processes;
- Contribute to the strategic management of the B2B Commercial Operations Area, namely through the monitoring of performance and reliability indicator
- Support the external activity and track the performance of the Business Process Outsourcing Team
- Contribute to the identification and specification of partial or total automation of business processes;
- Manage customer relationships in the context of the commercial cycle.

**What kind of profile are we looking for?**
- Degree in Engineering Economics, Management or other degree if you have relevant experience;
- Up to 5 years of working experience in B2B Operations;
- Proficiency in MSOffice (mandatory);
- Proficiency in English (mandatory);
- SQL and Python experience (valued);
