An exceptional opportunity awaits highly skilled Mixologists to join our dynamic team at our premium venue in Cascais. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting and serving extraordinary cocktails and beverages to our guests. **Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the bar area, delivering exceptional beverage service to all guests.
- Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Create and maintain ingredients for the beverage menu.
- Adhere to proper alcohol handling, restaurant standards, procedures, rules, and health and safety requirements.
- Conduct daily supply inventory for the bar and submit orders to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean work area, including polishing glasses and bar tools.
- Develop innovative cocktail recipes to enhance the menu.
- Support waitstaff with table service when needed.
- Provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Certified or trained in mixology.
- Proven experience as a mixologist.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Native or fluent English speaker with C1 level proficiency. The ability to convey information clearly, follow instructions, and interact professionally with colleagues and the public is essential.
