Many of our clients are looking for assistance with their relocation. There is often little time to travel between destinations looking for houses, schools and nearby amenities. This is where the relocation agent / concierge consultant comes in, making moving from one part of the world to another far easier and more timely than going through the hassle oneself.

We are looking for a lifestyle manager able to be a personal point of contact to fulfil specific requests from our Clients during their relocation journey, being fullyoriented to boutique concierge services mindset.

The Concierge Consultant will be involved right from the outset with the **creation of a really exciting business with something different and high-end offer. **A successful Concierge Consultant should be professional and well informed while displaying a solution-oriented approach in order to match a client’s needs.

**#ABOUTTHEROLE**
- Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service, providing services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.
- Improves quality of service by understand Clients’ needs, responding to and handling Clients’ problems and complaints.
- Provides warm welcome and anticipation of Clients’ needs throughout their stay or relocation.
- Assisting with the operational implementation and growth of the business. Creating processes, onboarding suppliers and making operational partnerships to develop the business (establishment of relationships with local attractions, restaurants and other businesses to enhance Clients’ experiences.
- Provides recommendations and arranges concierge services for Clients as requested.
- Interacts with Clients’ to obtain feedback on quality of service levels and overall satisfaction.
- Supports cross Company understanding of Clients Services possibilities, expectations and parameters.
- Identify and secure the most suitable home for lettings according to our clients requirements, and coordinate property viewings, follow-ups and updating of the contact management, if necessary Support clients with utility bills and getting the property move-in ready.
- Maintains awareness of cultural differences needed to meet guest's specific needs and motivations.
- Working closely with Senior Leadership to execute projects.

**#ABOUTYOU**

A suitable applicant for a position as a Concierge Specialist will have:

- excellent communication skills, and will be passionate about customer service;
- experience in concierge services preferrable;
- experience in managing partnership agreements;
- strong understanding of personalized concierge services, global mobility, relocation, OR a clear aptitude to learn about this industry at an expedited pace;
- 3 years’ experience in a customer facing role in a comparable industry;
- previous experience with CRM;
- experience working in prime central Lisbon;
- very strong written & in person presentation skills;
- ability to adapt style and approach to different client profiles;
- willingness to get involved, learn & adapt quickly & work hard to achieve results;
- willingness to work in a start-up environment & independently without supervision.
