**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:

- Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 3 years of post-related experience;
- OR secondary education qualifications with 5 years of post-related experience;
- Experience with:

- NATO Quality Assurance (QA);
- NATO Systems Approach to Training (SAT) methodologies;
- Experience in:

- Designing and developing training courses and material;
- Working with a Learning Management Systems and Web Conferencing Systems;
- Organising and executing conferences, workshops, or small professional events;
- Creating and facilitating online workshops and conferences;
- Developing visually appealing communications products and presentations;
- Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements;
- Conceptual and practical knowledge of NATO Cyberspace combined with experience in delivering training in a NATO environment;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, with a proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

**Duties/role**:

- Updating the E&T programme as new solutions are developed, updated or deleted;
- Acing as first point of contact for the C3 DH and providing diplomatic and effective responses to a wide variety of issues, opportunities or problems;
- Staffing correspondence to the requirements authority (and if necessary to DCOS JFD) on behalf of the C3 DH;
- Coordinating the Annual Discipline Conference (ADC) for the C3 discipline;
- Supporting the development of the discipline alignment plan reflecting the main developments and achievements;
- Facilitating training needs and training requirements analysis working groups in the development of solutions for the C3 discipline within NATO Global Programming;
- Providing personal and administrative support ensuring the efficient daily operation of the C3 DH including scheduling of day-to-day business, document management, information knowledge management, development of communications products, and administrative support including entering travel, purchase order and requisition data into the Enterprise Business Application (EBA), along with supporting documentation;
- Coordinating and facilitating meetings, working groups and seminars in hybrid and online environments;
- Developing communication products and fostering dialogue and information exchange in a variety of supporting platforms;
- Performing other duties as may be required.
