Principais responsabilidades
Terás como principal responsabilidade a criação da área de Customer Success de raiz. Terás oportunidade de participar no projeto de escolha e implementação do software, passará por ti a definição de procedimentos, SLAs e KPIs e a gestão da equipa. Será também da tua responsabilidade estabelecer o contacto com outros departamentos e com os parceiros e identificar novas oportunidades de melhoria.

O que procuramos

Pelo menos, 4 anos de experiência na área de Customer Support;
Experiência prévia em gestão de equipas;
Experiência prévia em projetos de implementação/mudança;
Domínio de soluções como Zoho Desk, Zendesk ou outros;
Fluência em inglês;
Conhecimentos de espanhol e francês (plus).
