As a Lead Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading and advancing the end-to-end recruitment process on a global scale, with a primary focus on our EMEA Region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate extensively with hiring managers, gaining insights into the unique requirements and needs of diverse teams. Provide strategic advice on best practices, market challenges, and opportunities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external talent communities, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and partner in talent acquisition.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruiters within the team, sharing best practices, and industry insights, and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

By taking on the role of Lead Recruiter, you will not only bring advanced recruitment skills to the table but also lead by example, shaping a recruitment strategy that aligns with our dynamic and international work environment. - Proven ability to operate at a leadership level within a fast-paced international environment, demonstrating a keen sense of urgency and adaptability.
- Naturally curious, exhibiting a sales and marketing mindset that contributes to strategic talent acquisition. Recognizes the importance of aligning recruitment efforts with broader organizational goals.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in employer branding activities, contributing to the enhancement of Unit4's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with proficiency in additional European languages considered a significant advantage.
