**Responsibilities**
- As a Customer/Technical Service Representative for Insulet, your main mission will be to manage their requests regarding the use and proper functioning of this device.
- Project
- The company is an innovative medical device company dedicated to making the lives of people with diabetes and other conditions easier, using a unique alternative to traditional insulin delivery methods. With its simple, wearable design, their device provides up to three days of non-stop insulin delivery, without the need to see or handle a needle. Founded in 2000, more than 100,000 users across the globe rely on this tool to bring simplicity and freedom to their lives.**Your Profile**
- Fluent in Spanish and fluent English- 2 years of experience in a tech-support operation;-
- Empathic and helpful;-
- Good communication skills;-
- Experience in troubleshooting/technical support;-
- Team player;-
- Soft-skills for de-escalating situations when needed;-
- Assist on invoicing, tracking shipments, placing orders;-
- Able to handle sensitive information;-
