As a technical support agent you will handle customer's product inquiries, by email, phone and social media, provide information in matters related to pre and post-sales and resolve technical issues that customers may have.You only need to have native Spanish level and be fluent in English (C1/C2). The workplace is located in Parque das Nações, in Lisbon, and you will work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm.This company is committed to developing the knowledge of its employees, offering a training program around 20 working days, 8 hours per day.Make a significant impact on the future of technology
