About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Support Agent to join our team at CPM International. As a Technical Support Agent, you will be responsible for handling technical queries from clients via email and chat, with a focus on first-contact resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and respond to client requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Analyze client situations to provide quick and effective solutions
- Identify technical incidents, diagnose them, and provide suitable solutions
- Offer positive and adequate solutions to clients
- Organize product returns and follow up on exchanges and repairs
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a fluent level of French (spoken and written) and a high level of English. You should also be well-organized, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to put yourself in our customers' shoes to analyze their problems and offer individual solutions.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of €21,000.00 gross per year, plus a performance bonus up to €150 gross per month and an end-of-contract bonus. You will also receive 2 accrued days per month, paid bank holidays, and 1 extra day in lieu. Our office is located in Barcelona (La Sagrera), and we offer a hybrid work arrangement with 3 to 4 days per week at the office.
Training and Development
We provide 4 weeks of training based in the office from Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as an Employee Assistance Program and an Employee Benefits Club.
